Hamburg, NY August 2, 2018 – Nationally acclaimed author Christopher Carosa will reveal the results of his exhaustive research into the “legend” of the birth of the hamburger at this year’s Erie County Fair. Carosa, an award-winning writer and popular and engaging speaker, will present his findings for the first time ever on Saturday, August 11th at 6:00pm. Using classic crime-solving techniques, he will disclose the verdict of his extensive foray into late-nineteenth century and early-twentieth century original source documentation in the ECFair Cooks!
